Hey Everyone!

Welcome to my world of badass boxing.  Let me share a bit about my journey. In my late 20s, I stumbled into boxing as a way to get fit and little did I know it would transform my life in ways I never imagined. From being unable to run a mile, I decided to set an ambitious goal and fight. And I never stopped.

Fast forward to today, I proudly hold my place in the national boxing arena. I’ve clinched victories in New York tournaments, earning the champion title since 2019. In 2020, I qualified for the prestigious National Golden Gloves of America, with only 13 fights competing against boxers with over 200. Two consecutive years, I returned with the bronze medal. And then came the pinnacle – a fight at Madison Square Garden, a dream for many, a reality for me. The adrenaline, anxiety and the moment when your hand is raised in front of thousands.

With over 30 fights under my belt, this journey isn’t just about winning in the ring; it’s about conquering life’s challenges. Balancing a full-time career as a nonprofit program director, with a full-time boxing career, training 2x/day, six days a week and traveling for tournaments. Dedication and discipline got me to where I am today and I apply this to all aspects of life.

Three years ago, I embraced coaching. I love to teach, motivate and share my passion. I have led group classes and trained individuals working with all ages and fitness levels.  I’ve worked corners at fights, using my personal experience to help fighters perform their best. Boxing isn’t just a sport; it’s a way of life. It taught me discipline, confidence, and turned me into a strong, fearless woman.

I’ve battled self-doubt, faced pressure, tasted loss, and emerged stronger. I understand the  balance between a boxing career and a professional one. Now, I’m here to guide you. Whether you’re striving for strength, aiming to lose weight, or dreaming of competing; I’m dedicated to helping you become the most badass version of yourself.

Stay Fierce & Train With Yana!
